Joseph Sr. and Willicia Rucker are the founders of Fuller Life Ministries. They have been used by God to raise a Company of prophetic Ministers. They are instrumental in equipping and sending out prophetic and apostolic teams for ministry assignments through the nation.

     In 1997 Willicia had an encounter with the Lord. He told her that the hour was late but many of His people were not ready for His return , many were asleep. He said, as a end time messenger , help them to get ready for His return. Raise up other prophets, messengers, and prayer warriors. He said He was coming soon and to help prepare His people.

     The ministry heart is for people to know the Lord and experience Him in a personal way. To be wakened, alert, and attentive to the voice of God and His plan for their life, family and ministry. The greatest natural and spiritual transition is taking place in the earth as God reveals Himself to His people as never before. Prophetic ministries such as Fuller Life will continue to serve to prepare the Lords people.

     Fuller Life Ministries host weekly night watch prayer meetings. They have facilitated many classes, meetings, prophetic summits and conferences. They host an atmosphere in their meetings and events that help people meet with God. It stirs a passion and hunger for the fullness of God in the lives of people.
